Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you play Rizziko Ludo on Android, iOS or the web at igrajmo.se (together, the "Game"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are
The Game is operated by Rizziko Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at milos@rizziko.com.
2. What we collect

- Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Sign in with Apple: your name and email address, or the private relay address Apple provides if you choose to hide your email.
- Guest play: a randomly generated player ID stored on your device.
- The username and avatar you choose in the Game.
Gameplay
Matches you play (dice rolls, moves, results), your in-game balances (gold and candies), items you own or equip, experience and level, leaderboard scores and season results, daily rewards, gifts sent and received, your friends, and the players you have played with.
Chat and social features
Messages you send in matches and in chat, friend requests, group membership, and any reports or blocks you make or that are made about you.
Purchases
When you buy something in the Game, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive the product you bought, the transaction ID and the purchase receipt so we can verify the purchase and credit it to your account. We never receive your card or bank details.
Device and technical data
Your IP address and the approximate country derived from it, device model, operating system and version, app version, language setting, a device identifier used to deliver app updates, and server logs of requests your device makes to our services.
Advertising data
If you watch ads in the Game, our advertising partners collect data through their software in the app, including your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking), IP address, device information and how you interact with ads. See section 5.
Feedback and support
Anything you send us through the in-game feedback form or by email, together with your username.
3. How we use it
| Purpose | Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Creating your account, saving your progress, matchmaking, running multiplayer matches, chat, friends, gifts and leaderboards | Performance of our contract with you |
| Verifying purchases and crediting purchased items and rewarded-ad rewards | Performance of our contract with you |
| Preventing cheating, fraud and abuse, enforcing our Terms, and reviewing reports about players or messages | Our legitimate interest in a fair and safe game |
| Fixing bugs, delivering app updates and keeping the service running and secure | Our legitimate interest in a working service |
| Showing ads that keep the Game free to play | Our legitimate interest for non-personalised ads; your consent where the law requires it for personalised ads |
| Answering your questions and feedback | Our legitimate interest, or our contract with you |
| Keeping purchase records for tax and accounting | Legal obligation |
We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. What other players see
Other players can see your username, avatar, level, game statistics, leaderboard position, the items you have equipped, and the messages you send in chats they are part of. They do not see your email address, IP address or country.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and MongoDB Atlas, which store and process Game data on our behalf.
- Sign-in providers: Meta (Facebook), Google and Apple, when you choose to sign in with them. The Facebook software in the app may also send basic app events, such as app installs and launches, to Meta.
- App stores: Apple and Google, which process payments and refunds.
- Advertising partners: Unity's ironSource LevelPlay, which chooses the ad to show, and the ad networks it works with: Google AdMob, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle) and Chartboost. They process data under their own privacy policies. We currently tell our ad partners to show non-personalised ads and to treat every player as opted out of the "sale" of personal information.
- App update delivery: Capgo, which delivers Game updates to your device and receives the device identifier, app version and platform needed to do so.
- Authorities and legal claims: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and of us.
- A buyer or successor: if our business is sold or reorganised, under the same protections as this policy.
6. International transfers
Our main servers are in the European Union. Some of the providers above are based in, or access data from, other countries including the United States. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses (and the UK addendum to them) to protect your data.
7. How long we keep it
- Account, profile, gameplay and chat data: for as long as your account exists.
- When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
- Purchase records: up to 6 years after the purchase, as UK tax law requires.
- Server logs: up to 90 days, unless we need them longer to investigate abuse or a security problem.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email milos@rizziko.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings: reset or delete your advertising ID on Android, or turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your country.
9. Deleting your account
To delete your account and the data linked to it, follow the steps on our support page. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove the Game in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
10. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Data travels between the Game and our servers over encrypted connections, and access to our systems is restricted to the people who run the Game. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you and the authorities about a breach when the law requires it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game changes. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the Game before any significant change takes effect.
